Annual Capacity Reports
The Capacity Development Program is required by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to submit an annual report. The report provides a summary of the Program's efforts during the previous state fiscal year (e.g. July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020). The most recent report is provided below. Governor's Reports
The Capacity Development Program is required to submit a report to the Governor of the State of Vermont triennially. The report provides an overview of the program, the effectiveness of its strategies, and the recent progress made towards improving the capacity of Vermont's public water systems.
