Permit Year July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023
If you need to add a vehicle or trailer or make other modifications before July 1, 2023:
- Click for the online form.
- Once you are signed in, select Permit Year "2022-2023" and "Addition of Vehicles" or "Other Modifications."
Permit Year - July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024
If you need to add a vehicle or trailer or have other modifications during the following permit year July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024:
- Please note: you must have a current Permit in place before you can add any vehicles during this permit year.
- Once you are online, select Permit Year - "2023-2024" and "Addition of Vehicles" or "Other Modifications."
