Watershed Management Division Public Notices

This page provides information about decisions that are under consideration by the Watershed Management Division. It is updated daily, and includes permit and certification application decisions for all of our regulatory programs.

Please take note, in order to request a public hearing you must comment within the first 14 days of the public notice period for the specified activity.  As found in Vermont Statute 10 V.S.A. § 7711 3. d. “the person shall submit the request within 14 days of the date on which notice of the draft decision is posted to the environmental notice bulletin, unless this chapter specifies a different period for requesting a hearing on the particular type of permit.”
