Watershed Management Division Public Notices

This page provides information about decisions that are under consideration by the Watershed Management Division. It is updated daily, and includes permit and certification application decisions for all of our regulatory programs.

Please take note, in order to request a public meeting on a draft decision you must submit the request within the first 14 days of the date the draft decision is posted for the specified activity, unless statute provides for a different period.  As stated in 10 V.S.A. § 7711(d).

The Department will notice public meetings a minimum of 14 days prior to the public meeting date on the environmental notice bulletin for that particular activity, unless statute requires a different amount of notice to be given. As stated in 10 V.S.A. §7711(e)(1)(A).
