An Environmental Assessment has been prepared for the VT Agency of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration, discussing the required disposal of soils presumed to contain PFOA.

An updated permit noticing system is being developed for release in January 2018.

The CAP along with a map showing the proposed water line extensions and the engineering design and plans for the two public water systems (Bennington and the Village of Bennington) are available for review and comment.

Registration is now open for the 2017 Lake Seminar. The 13th annual seminar will be held on June 2nd at the Canadian Club in Barre. The theme for this year's annual spring seminar is "Pathways to Healthy Lakes." The seminar will include morning presentations and afternoon workshops. Lunch is included with registration.
