The Regional Office Program of the Drinking Water and Groundwater Protection Division has drafts of the proposed Amended Wastewater System and Potable Water Supply Rules, Water Supply Rule, and Indirect Discharge Rules. A series of public meetings regarding the proposed rules has been scheduled. Further details are available on the Division's Rules page.
