Funding to Install or Replace Water or Wastewater Systems
The Agency of Natural Resources (ANR) has just over $16 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding to provide safe and reliable drinking water sources and wastewater disposal systems for Vermonters disproportionately affected by COVID-19. The Healthy Homes Initiative will provide financial assistance to residential property owners, including owner-occupied multi-family properties with up to four units for the repair or replacement of failing or inadequate on-site water and/or wastewater systems. Manufactured Housing Community Solutions
ANR is providing over $26 million in ARPA funding to help manufactured housing communities (also known as mobile home parks) fix water infrastructure issues related to drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and drainage systems. Learn more about this funding opportunity.
