Public Notice: VT Agency of Natural Resources 30-Day Public Comment Period on Amended Paint Stewardship Plan
PaintCare has submitted an amended Paint Stewardship Plan for Vermont’s program.
Major revisions to the Plan are found in the following Sections: D. Paint Retailers, H. Direct Pick-Up Service for Large Volumes and I. Convenience Criteria. The Agency has determined that this draft plan (8.18.17 Version) meets the requirements of Vermont statute- 10 V.S.A chapter 159, subchapter 4 Paint Stewardship Program.
This Plan will be posted for a 30 day public comment period from August 23rd to September 25th.
