The Land Use Review Board (LURB) was created in Act 181 of 2024. This new Board is a reorganization of the Natural Resources Board (NRB). These rules are adopted pursuant to 10 V.S.A. § 6025(a) and apply to the Land Use Review Board, its Land Use Panel, and its Water Resources Panel.
