This afternoon the State of Vermont filed a settlement document in Superior Court in Bennington. Copies of the Consent Order and Core Technical Documents can be found in the PFOA Documents Folder under Consent Order and Other Technical Documents Folder.
In addition the State has initiated a public comment period on the Consent Order through August 25, 2017. Comments should be directed to Renita Marshall at Renita.Marshall@vermont.gov or by mail at:
