Following significant stakeholder input to the March 1, 2016 draft revised Vermont Stormwater Management Manual (VSMM), the Department has filed a revised VSMM with the Secretary of State. As part of the rulemaking process, the Department is accepting comments on the new draft through November, 1, 2016. A public meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 25th from 9-12 at the Pavillion Auditorium.
