Join Ethan Swift and Ben Copans of the Watershed Planning Program to learn about the past, present, and future of watershed planning and management for Vermont’s lakes, ponds, rivers, and wetlands. They will give an overview of the tactical basin planning process, how basin planning will be impacted by the Clean Water Service Delivery Act of 2019 (Act 76), and future implications on water quality restoration plans for Vermont.
