Join Helen Carr, Nonpoint Source Coordinator of the Clean Water Initiative Program, to learn about the Nonpoint Source Management Plan 2021-2025. This five-year plan is approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to address all forms of nonpoint source pollution in Vermont. She will give an overview of the plan and what this means for Vermont and the future of clean water.
