Petitions
In 2012, pursuant to §§20 – 26 of Act 138, rulemaking authority and the consideration of petitions under this authority was transferred from the Water Resources Panel to the Agency of Natural Resources. The rules of the Panel are now deemed to be those of the Agency and will remain in effect until they are amended.
