Updates
Applications for coverage under GP 3-9015 and GP 3-9010 are no longer being accepted. Operational permit applications must be submitted through GP 3-9050 materials. Applications for INDS submitted on or after December 1, 2020, for an activity that is eligible for coverage under GP 3-9050 may be requested to revise the application and apply under GP 3-9050. Questions on eligibility under GP 3-9050 or questions regarding whether an INDS applies may be directed to Stormwater Program staff.
As of June 1, 2023, we are no longer able to accept initial NOI permit applications for "three-acre sites" or renewals of expired permits with discharges to stormwater-impaired waters that are required to upgrade their stormwater system. These deadlines are established in statute and in General Permit 3-9050. A full NOI with all required technical supporting information and fees should be submitted as soon as possible.
Administratively or technically incomplete initial NOI permit applications submitted prior to June 1, 2023 must submit the additional requested information to the Stormwater Program by October 1, 2023. Failure to do so may result in denial of the initial NOI permit application.
