A as per Section 7 of the Vermont Wetland Rules a proposed rulemaking package to reclassify the Beaver Meadows as Class I wetlands was filed the 17th day of May, 2019 with the Secretary of State for an official comment period until July 26, 2019. A public meeting has been scheduled for July 16th, 2019 starting at 7:00 pm at the Ripton Community House at 1305 VT-125, Ripton, VT 05766. Complete copies of the analysis of the decision are below. The proposed Class I changes appear in Appendix A of the Rule. The Proposed change also updated the electronic link on the Rule cover page.
