Proposed ISIP for 2015 Ozone NAAQS

The enclosed documents demonstrate that Vermont statutory authority and Vermont Air Pollution Control Regulations (APCR), which are currently part of the Vermont SIP, meet the requirements of CAA Sections 110(a)(1) and 110(a)(2) with respect to the 2015 ozone NAAQS.

Solicitation for Water Quality Data & Information

The Watershed Management Division of VTDEC is soliciting data and information related to rivers and streams, lakes and ponds, and wetlands within Vermont and along its borders for the purpose of improving our data and information about the condition of individual Vermont waters.
