In accordance with federal EPA regulation, 40 CFR Part 58, Subpart B §58.10, the Vermont Air Quality & Climate Division is required to submit to EPA by July 1, 2023, an ambient air monitoring network plan for the State of Vermont. The regulation requires that the plan be posted for public inspection and comment for 30 days prior to submission. The current air monitoring network plan is made available to the public on the AQCD's website for the 30-day comment period and will be submitted to EPA Region 1 by July 1, 2023.
