Where possible, the Department is trying to align all the DEC state revolving fund programs to operate under the same program processes. This page shows those common processes. Individual program pages show relevant items.
Each SRF program has certain eligibility requirements, which are detailed on each program pages. Please see the WIFP page for program break outs. The first requirement for obtaining funding is to make an application for your project to be on the annual Project Priority List and make sure that your project is included in the annual Intended Use Plan for the program. When funds are available you will be asked to fill out a loan application.
