Please see the VT Paint Stewardship Program Plan that is posted for a 30 day public comment period per requirement of VT Statute. The only amendment is to the expiration date, which the Agency supports moving from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2023. PaintCare has requested this one year extension of the current plan in order to monitor and evaluate impacts to the program budget due to Covid. If this one year extension is approved, a revised plan including a third party audit of the stewardship assessment fee must be submitted to the Agency by February 15, 2023.
