The Environmental Assistance Office of the Department of Environmental Conservation will host the second annual Brewery Day on February 6, 2018. Join representatives from various state regulatory entities in a day, jam-packed with information, on how breweries can avoid common and preventable compliance issues. This year, we will focus on technological and financial resources for operating your brewery sustainably. We will be hosting a social hour after the event at Three Penny Taproom, so brewers and industry members can network.
